Character Design

Whether it is doodling and sketching on scrap paper or fully realized compositions, I am drawing constantly. I draw subjects of all kinds but, I prefer to draw science fiction works. At a young age I was inspired by the concept art of the Star Wars films particularly that of Ralph McQuarrie.

My love for Sci-fi concept art has been the motivation behind developing characters of all kinds. My goal is always to tell a story with the characters I create. Be it what they are wearing, what they are doing, or visual motifs the goal is always to create a character that feels like they could exist and have a history.
